And well spotted takman. I'd imagined they'd have difficulting putting the OP in a harness, with getting a kicking lol.

And Beverly hillbillies, I shall always continue to post my opinion, and defend myself from trolls. Granted I think on thread got a bit mismashed and confusing and people couldn't see what I was actually pointing out, if the employees circumstance were different, or the fact I was in agreement that there's nothing the employee could do given the circumstance. But that's how it goes on forums at times.

One questions, just where exactly are the moderators?

I suggest you go to Manx Forums > General Chat and look at the thread about Flat Earth Theory. It's been going for three and a half years and is about 330 pages long. Do think Paul's Got Wright's opinions are valid in any way at all? He may simply be a troll but he's a remarkably persistent one if he is. Manxy is another one. She doesn't believe the earth is a globe because she can't understand how the oceans curve (she calls it "bendy water"!) around the earth. She has never been able to replicate this by experiments with ping pong balls, footballs etc. The water always drips off(!).


Not all Manx people are loonies though. (Mind you, Lewney is a Manx surname). A lot of the posters on there are really knowledgeable and I've learned a lot trigonometry from it.


(If anybody wants a good laugh - I can recommend dipping into it!) Apols for going off topic but I had to reply to all opinions are valid - they are not!

Ahh thanks. So basically self moderating and forum team only act on reported posts but not actively posting themselves. So there is basically moderators in all but name.
