Cheapest way to add Netflix to Sky

I was told by Sky before Netflix went live on their Q boxes that it would cost £5 a month to add it
When I called up on the go live day, they told me it would only cost £5 but I would
a) have to resign for 18m
b) I would lose all my existing discounts
Not bothered about ) but b) meant I would have to pay an extra £22 a month by going up to full price for my service.
I wondered if anyone had managed to haggle with Sky over adding Netflix and circumventing the pricing change.

Just purchase netflix via netflix and login to your netflix account via sky to avoid losing any of your existing sky discounts etc.0

What package do you have on Sky Q? Is it a legacy package (Boxsets maybe)?
I've just had a Q box fitted and am on the old legacy Boxsets package but in 'my offers' it's just adverting the 'Ultimate Boxsets' add-on at £10 extra for a 30 day rolling period but to use that I'd have to switch to the Entertainment package.
We actually use the 2nd log on from the sons Netflix package anyway but just wondering where the £5 comes from.0
