    My only win was September and my email was sent on Friday 7th September so Tuesday 6th November sounds about the same.

    You could always check on their website on 2nd of the month when the results are available.

    That's normal, last draw I received the email on the 5th Oct (1st to 5th Oct being working days) and this month I got it today on the 6th - probably because of the weekend.

    edit: ...and the prize money showed up in the linked bank account today 8th October.

    Zilch realistically but worth holding onto if you like the thought of maybe one lucky day !

    Or you could cash them in and enjoy a nice bottleof wine. Leave it another few years though and inflation will ensure that all you can buy is a bottle of Coca Cola !

    I can beat your record.

    I've had £18 since 1956 and never won anything. No doubt someone would be able to tell us the chances :rotfl:

    What do you have to do to receive such emails if you're lucky? I'm registered for online use of NSand I and have never received one, despite having won several £25 prizes. I wonder if thats negated by the fact that I usually check results myself on the second or third day of the month?

    Taking inflation into account £18 in 1956 equates to £450 today...£10 is £250 today;

    ...as an aside, RPI inflation in 1956 was 4.9%...but the highest since then was 1975...24.2% ! :eek:

    This calculator and the above old/new figures may be of interest,... then again, perhaps not. :D
