    As already discussed, statemented items before those yet to apppear

    In case youre in a similar situation again -

    If the due date was 1st October, then the statement date must be quite close to when you drew out the money.

    You could have saved interest by drawing the money out a day or two earlier, just before the statement instead of just after it, then made the payment in just after the statement, thus borrowing the cash for only a couple of days instead of effectively almost a month (and pay the statement balance by due date as usual)

    If I read this correctly, the statemented transactions are prioritised, and again the 'most expensive transactions first' rule applies to the different statemented transactions (ie any funds transferred in would be applied to the statemented cash transactions first). Thanks!
