Have a look at the manual in the link. It can be installed in a garage/utility room etc. It only needs to vent to the outside. As Manuel says in Fawlty Towers: " I Know Nothing"0 -
Hi - I work for a Cornwall-based company called Kensa Heat Pumps. In answer to your question about the RHI for multiple properties, you may want to look into 'shared ground loop arrays'. This is essentially a ground array which links all of your properties together - which will have their own ground source heat pump - to enable you to receive the more lucrative Non Domestic RHI based on deemed usage, not metered usage. kensaheatpumps.com/the-technology/heat-sources-collectors/shared-ground-loop-arrays/
Kensa's website also has a number of costed examples on this basis that may be of interest to you: kensaheatpumps.com/solution-centre/holiday/multiple-buildings/
Hope this helps!0
