Just got home from work. It’s been a stressful week:eek:

I am so happy to see all the lovely totals. Every penny is more than no pennies, and every penny saved should be celebrated

It’s been a pleasure making a small contribution to keeping the thread ticking over Sue. As you know, it means too much to all of us to allow it to go, but it’s not the same without you. You are the heart of the thread x

Hi 32b3, it sounds as though it's been a truly stressful week and there's still Friday to go! I hope tomorrow will be a little easier for you, but if not then at least you have the weekend to look forward to.


Things have been going painfully slowly here today, though tomorrow with both threads going it'll be a very hectic one.

Firstly massive thanks to Sue-UU and 32b3 for all their hard work, dedication, love and kind words :grouphug:

Secondly, Sue 6:30 is unfortunately not early in my house; Alex is six years old, roll on teenage years where I can’t get him out of bed :rotfl:

And thirdly and most importantly £125.86 :j:T:j. I am over the moon and Christmas is looking good. I started in February with the hope of £75 so quite frankly I’m a bit gobsmacked :eek:

I couldn’t have done it without the lovely forum people so thank you

I’ve been lurking this year rather than posting buy have still been trying to feed the pot.

So am on declaring a total of £210.

All my shrapnel has being going into a charity box so it is a round figure for me.
As expected, the focus on frugal living this year has meant less pennies or even fivers to pot.
