Oh, I've also amended the bit about London City0
-
I can categorically state that I have not been in the city of London, and therefore Ilford by extension
Sounds clunky, maybe just call it 'London' (aka that London!):I can categorically state that I have not visited London and nor has my car been driven there since it was purchased.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

He's received three more!
Appeals should be emailed to the private companies right?
And a major difference between the vehicle in the images and my friend's is that my friend's number plate has an EU label/signage on it. He'll be providing these as part of his evidence.
Is this the right thing to do?0 -
Is this the right thing to do?
Yes
Also: in your letter to BPA/DVLA you say this:
BPA, how do I get this removed by ParkingEye and the London Borough of Redbridge, as I can't really 'appeal' as it's not my car that has caused the infractions?
BPA has no power over London Borough of Redbridge, so remove that. You should now alter the letter to include the new ones your friend has had.
Write to each PPC with a letter explaining the same thing, from the registered keeper to confirm he's been in possession of the car at all times, he lives at x, that there's clearly a cloned car, the evidence proves without doubt that the car cannot physically have been where they say it was because it was purchased on x by a person living x miles away from the location, and the car has only done c200 miles since then (evidence enclosed of current mileage, date stamped, and mileage on date of purchase). It's been reported to the police, incident number x and you've written to DVLA and BPA (copy enclosed).
Ask them to confirm they will cancel the charge and to cease processing and to destroy the data they hold on the RK because RK has produced clear evidence that the car parked in the car park managed by them is clearly a different car.Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users.
