Hi wonder if anyone can help. Just checked my credit file and there is one on there for will but my name is William can I get it removed on that basis?

I never received any court papers for it so can I dispute it on that basis?0

The debt is for someone saying I never sent them goods but I did and they received them0

So it is yours then. Now we're getting somewhere.
You can contact the court and ask for a set-aside - this will cost your £255 and you need to provide evidence for your claim0 -

If the judge deems it a valid reason (whatever that may be) then yes.
If not, then you'll still be liable for the CCJ.0
