A friend of mine also had a bad experience from this company.
They rang up and gave the 'speal' quoting only £13 a month to renew
When the the contract renewed it was for much more.
After months of complaining she finally got the overcharges refunded.
She is getting her PAC and leaving when this contract is up!
Yes a rip off merchant!!

further to above my friend was originally on 'o2 business' and they moved her contract over to aerials-direct to give her 'better business service'??
O2 said they were a subsidiary of them!
when contract is up neither o2 or aerial-direct(confusing name) will have her custom
Bye the way when her phone was recently lost, o2 replaced the SIM, so it seems to be an o2 company

Thanks so much guys!
I found another thread on 02. AD (Aerials-Direct) had also sold to a student who wasn't involved in a business. I think after a good while she got some sort of redress. (infact if I rememerber correctly one or two weren't happy with them)
The problem with this company is that they have contacted me to renew my contract earlier and earlier. As I said previously every time I've been contacted by a company to renew is because the contract is about to expire. These contacted me last time 12 months early.
I had a phone call last month to say my contract was coming to an end apparantly this was some other company trying to get me to switch to them so AD say. It was this call that started me looking into all of this.
I thought the cheapest sim was probably around a tenner a month. I was quite suprised to find ID a subsidery of car phone warehouse doing a good deal for only £3.99.
That's when I was told my contract had 2 more years to go. The renewal date was 25/10/2018. But I had renewed it on the 17/10/2017.
(On 17/10/2017 Lee Trowern contacted you and offered to reduce your tariff. This time by applying a further credit of £4 to your account.
That's what I call sharp practise?
