but struggle with the aggressive attitude of some regulars and with the assistance given to a few posters who have blatantly flouted the rules.
I think we work on the basis of which is the greater 'wrong'. The fly-parker who couldn't give a flying f*ck (a minority on here) for anyone else, or the corporate behemoth (or their imitators) who bulldoze the naive, unwary, vulnerable, who are utterly traumatised by intimidation and harassment, to jack £100 out of their wallet/purse for the merest of minor human errors.

We are very quick to criticise/harangue those who clearly flaunt the accepted norm in car parking terms, like disabled bays (even parent and child nonsense bays), dumping cars anywhere they think they can ..... and so on. We don't hold back, and remind them why landowners decide to contract PPCs. It is a fine line to tread with some cases, but I'm convinced (otherwise I think I'm intelligent enough to realise otherwise) that in the main we are helping genuine people who do not deserve to be put in a position, simply provided by the DVLA allowing PPC unfettered access to keeper data, of being unremittingly pursued by private organisations whose only raison d'etre is to gain profit from others' misery.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Sure.

As I say, I am not saying you are wrong. It's a different view that I don't completely share. Personally, I think there are greater wrongs out there which I am much more passionate about and, maybe, that's why I can't get so engaged with this. Having said that, I still don't see the need for some of the language used here.

Plus. Given where I am and what I do (director of an estate) I do tend to see quite a few "don't give a flying f**k" parkers. We're struggling with a couple at the moment. I'd be very frustrated (one or two of my fellow directors would be apoplectic) if one person, in particular, was getting help here had we got a PPC in. It's okay - we haven't :):) - but, it's being mooted. Fortunately, we have a new MA whose line is that they don't recommend PPCs until the last resort stage. Problem is mostly not with individual bays but parking on the communal parts - rather like the OP's situation,

That's it. I'll leave it there (!) and chip in if I think it may be of some assistance
