We have bought a progammable British Gas thermostat WPT1 to replace our non- programmable British Gas thermostat but unfortunately we cannot get it to communicate with our British Gas receiver BR2 at the boiler. British Gas have proved completely unhelpful. If any one has any advice it would be much appreciated.
