There is an Amazon seller with whom I (and a great many others) had a bad experience with earlier this year. I twice alerted Amazon seller support that they were ripping off customers left, right & centre but they allowed them to continue. After a dormant period, they've been back selling for the past few months. I do monitor the seller feedback periodically, largely out of curiosity to see if they've mended their ways. I have noticed that any negative feedback (and I've seen a few) is removed fairly soon after. For example, at least two negative posts were left this Tuesday, both of which had disappeared by early Wednesday morning.
Can't imagine that Amazon is deleting these, so all I can think is that the seller is persuading these customers to remove it either with threats or strong inducements ... assuming they do have the ability to identify reviewers as seller feedback can be left anon.0
