Is there a catch somewhere?

My sister went into phones4u yesterday and signed a contract for a new mobile phone at £25 per month (more than she spends on top up cards)
I took my sister and the mobile back to the store today to return it under the 7 days return policy but...she didn't...because...
It ended up being like the game show "deal or no deal". In the end she got the monthly £25 cost down
She will still get a bill each month for the £25 (plus any other spends) but they are sending out £305 cashback! (she'll either put in bank for direct debits or forward to Vodaphone as prepayment)
(£165 coming via cheque in next 10 days from phones4u head office and other £140 going straight into bank in next 28 days from the store we went to via BACS)
so what would have been
£25 x 18 months = £450
is now £450 - £305 = £145 (for full 18 months)
so £145/18 = £8.05 per month (for 150 mins talk time and 500 text p.m)
I still quite gobsmacked and keep thinking theres a catch somewhere

The new deal was done over the phone while in the store so when I got home I rang them up and was passed on to the same lady who confirmed everything again after I made a rubbish query up lol
I don't have anything written down at all and my sister brought the mobile on Monday and there is a lmit of 7 days to return it and end the contract so...
I've sent an email using that online queries page that phones4u have saying I want an email back by 5pm tomorrow and a letter by saturday confirming the details or I will be returning the phone and ending the contract in store on Monday due to the 7 day deadline she has to return it
I'm also going to ring up the manager at the store she brought it from in the morning and ask her to also write down the details of te new deal and we will pick it up on Thursday am (waiting in for parcel tomorrow)
If we get there Thursday and there is no letter waiting my sister said she will just end the contract there and then anyway
I just don't want to come in a few weeks time and no or not all of the cashback arrives and my sister as missed the 7 day returns policy and is stuck with an expensive contract and no £305 cashback
Does this sound like a good Idea?Debts:

yes, do not let those 7 days pass. fraud for you are terrible in their customer service and tend to just want to tie you in! good luck getting your money, but the figures to me do not add up, this has actually COST them money to sell you a phone so it doesn't make sense to me.
