Is Virgin broadband the worst?

Bit surprised to read this. Virgin aren't perfect but I've always found their broadband mostly speedy and reliable.
I thought Talk Talk were supposed to be the worst?

These lists are skewed IMHO. Ofcom requires ISPs and Telcos to treat any customer expressing dissatisfaction as a complaint, and in fact, visit UK based call-centres to ensure this is adhered to.

I suggest that any company assiduous in following these instructions will automatically rise higher in the list.

Remember Vodafone's multi-million pound fine for not recording complaints properly?

Very surprised by the which report,Virgin internet has been fine for me,100 speed as against 2 off most of the others.Have had the odd problem,quickly resolved.
