    Also payday is not "coming". I got paid earlier this week, my OH got paid last week, my best friend's pay day was the 20th (so a couple of weeks ago), my Mum's payday was last Friday.


    Argos are not hiking prices because your payday is coming. Prices change. Regularly. They don't need to announce this to you.


    Moral of the story, if you see something at a price you like, buy it then.

  • I love going to spoonies the Friday the week before the end of the month. All those that are spent up are not there, but spoonies don't hike their prices the following week!
