Hi so my hubby had his assessment other week got report as he was placed in WRAG getting 15 points ( gave him 0 for getting around even though he had medical proof from gp. He’s been in support group for last 6 years due to his anxiety and depression plus his joint problems ... the report says he was given points for the not coping in social engagement and going out he got points for both activities same as he did on his last assessment ..... we have put a appeal in to try get him back into the support group “ what are the chances of it getting overturned again this time ? there is a lot of descrepicies on the report
Says he declined a muscoskeleton examination ( which he didn’t )
also didn’t bring his medication ( we did ) also on report says he never been in trouble with police ( which he never has) but not sure why that question was relevant to ask him in the assessment ?
Any advise could those activities get him back into support group ?
It also says Functional ( not relevant as curtailment applied what does that mean ?
Thanks in advance
