It might be worth keep bidding on bungalows as I think the rate is the rate for housing and any extra has to come out normal money. Other alternative is see if they will accept less rent as I’m sure there doing it to bring rent levels down:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one

Local housing allowance has been lagging behind rents for several years and the gap just keeps getting bigger.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
