I parked in a Halfords car park at the top of my last post. I believe the car park is solely for their customers.

So they are saying you went off site? ''Abused patron parking''?

We assume you have seen their WS? So what are they saying exactly?

You need to add into your WS that the Claimant is put to strict proof of their allegations if they are saying that the occupants of the car were not Halfords customers. Any such contravention is denied.

  • I have not been given their WS. The court date is in March. I have built this and the defence on previous cases found on this site. They have responded to the SAR but again nothing that is a WS.

So, I am guessing I need to wait for their WS statement? :)

ideally , yes , but DO NOT MISS the court deadlines on your court letter, regardless of receiving their WS or not, plus add what CM said into your WS if its not there

ie:- assume they will leave it to the last minute

Why this bump? Surely Redx answered your question?

But don't you see how busy this forum is, you've been here often enough to surely realise that? Today, there's been almost 80 different threads being dealt with by around half a dozen regulars, it will be around 100 cases by the time the night is out.

And there are hundreds upon hundreds of cases still unresolved, awaiting further stages of the process - what if everyone was 'Bump bump Bump Bump bumping' their threads trying to get attention, when there's nothing further to advise.

If you have a particular question (but don't find any old question to gain attention) please ask it, but 'Bump bump Bump Bump bump' is regarded in many forum circles as poor forum etiquette.
