FSCS protection for Junior ISA

Hi all,
Junior ISAs are held in the name of a child and belong to them. Are they treated the same for the purpose of FSCS limit? I.e. does the FSCS coverage limit apply to a child separately or is the coverage shared with that of the registered contact adult?
Thank you,
Crion

It is dealt with as the child being an independent person, with you merely being the trustee. For the avoidance of doubt, you would both get the full FSCS coverage.0
