I'm surprised at those figures. IME it's 100% on Ryanair (since a year or 2 ago), and 0% on other airlines!
Of course depends what "together" actually means. If separated by an aisle isn't "together" then it changes the equation. A family of 4 could never be "together" on a 3x3 plane!0 -
