1) YES , once the keeper gets a POPLA code from APCOA

they do this by appealing on day 26 using the blue text template, no alterations, no explanations, no giving away who was driving - its that simple , takes less than 5 minutes max

2) POPLA already have a website and explain what they do with an FAQ etc anyway, so google it and read it

a suitable POPLA appeal can be found for the keeper by reading all LUTON and BHX popla appeal threads on here , then just adapt the closest match, takes 10 minutes max


remember, the KEEPER does this , not you, unless YOU actually are the keeper


it is not a driver appeal to either party

I thought I had done, I spent hours on the 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread all about POPLA. Surely we don't have to repeat that in every thread? That's why we have the sticky thread. We would drown in posts otherwise.
