Just 3g cashback - anybody help ?

Hi,

I have had a 3 phone from just3g since October 2004. I joined mainly due to the cashback offers, in effect offering 1/2 price line rental. I knew these would be by redemption and kept my bills.

I checked the t's and c's and sent off my first 6 bills, recorded delivery, at the right time.

Today I recieve an email saying they would not be paying cashback as I did not include the 7th bill. I checked what I had sent and the first bill is in effect for one day only.

Contractually - yes they are in the right, but what annoys me is:

1 - they have had the bills for 7 weeks now, thus making it impossible for me to re-submit my claim (must be within 7 months of contract launch).
2 - they have no phone number available for complaints.
3 - i am stuck with them now !

I know I should have checked the offer better and really understod the terms, but can anyone offer some advice ?
