Private Parking sign missed in NCP car park-any advice welcome!

Photo 23 shows the space I was in (about a week after event)
I took photos of the disabled bay and electric car bays that are very clearly marked and also tell you at eye height that a charge will apply if parked there without a permit/electric car etc. Why are the private bays not like this also??!!
Also took photos with the visor down in the space and no sign is visible. Only visible when sign is up.
The wording they use on the “contract” is as follows:

Paragraph 5 of National Car Parks Terms and Conditions clearly state it is important to the effective management of the Car Park: a) you comply with all signs in the car park, including these Terms and Conditions board. b) Park within the limits of a bay. c) You do not park within a bay designated for a specific purpose when you are not entitled to do so (for example, and without limitation parking in a space designated for disabled persons without an appropriate disability badge displayed, and / or parking in a space for electric vehicles when you are not using the charging facility

Yes, I managed to work out the link - hard work though.

Decided not to post your live link as several of those photos show quite clearly:

Suggest you edit your post above to remove the link, then repost with more sanitised photographs.

None of those bays shows a contractual sign.

'Private parking' is a bare statement, not a contract or offer that can be breached.

How on earth did POPLA conclude a contract was formed to pay £100? Can you access the evidence pack from POPLA and see what evidence photos they provided and where the supposed contractual signs actually are?
