PCN appeal template wording query (newbie question?)

Options
The Keeper has received a letter outlining a Parking Charge (value £100) from Minster Baywatch.

If a parking ticket were purchased by the Driver which covered 1hr but didn't cover the full time period of 1hr 45mins, should the line in the MSE PCN appeal template which reads, "I deny any... contractual agreement", be removed as clearly a contract has been entered into?

Or would that be missing the point and the Keeper should literally just copy/paste that text adding PCN number to the top and Keeper's name/address to the bottom?

Thanks in advance,
JP

Send the blue text template appeal that you will find in post #1 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.

Send it as it is - no alterations or additions necessary.

    Send it as the keeper.

It is highly likely that the PPC wouldn't bother reading anything you write.

Save the detail for a PoPLA appeal.
