Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd - Swan Lane

Hello all,
Joined the forum and read the newbies post a few times over now and done some searches on the Company (Parking Control Management) and car park (swan Lane, Evesham) last one was 2014
I understand that the registered keeper should respond with the template on the online system, the question I have is about adding the reasons why at this stage or if it should be done later?
Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd (PCM) are part of the IPC and that means IAS not POPLA if they decide to continue with it.
The issues seen thus far are
- No Time period on notice to keeper
- Specification of land is just Swan Lane Car Park on Notice to Keeper (there are multiple within the UK)
- no entrance sign
- No P logo on the signs
- Text to small on signs
- No mention of Creditor on Signage
- Sign Locations are poor especially Parent and Child Spaces.
Also could the keeper claim Equality Act 2010 as a breastfeeding mother (they only have to be with the car not actually driver) same as disabled person for a reasonable adjustment?

I think at this stage you just send the template with NO alterations (Others will confirm if I'm correct)0

Thank you onlyfoolsandparking, hopefully more will say the same.0

your welcome, there is information regarding company cars in the newbies section and I think?? Edna Basher is the expert in this area, read their posts0

Fullerton, is the car a company car?
If not, just send the blue text appeal found in the NEWBIES thread.
Send it as it is - no alterations or additions necessary.
Send it as the keeper.0 -
Not a company car.
I mean i searched on PCM, I've edited the post to clarify.
Thanks Keith P0 -
Hi All,
A new letter (well 2 exactly the same) have come through.
The keeper responded with the standard response, no changes and the new letter came through 27 days later and 38 days after the original letter.
The original letter was titled RE: Postal Notification of Parking Charge
The new one(s) are are titled RE: Parking Charge - Notice to Keeper
Should the keeper just respond with the same again?
Both letters state a written response within 14 days if you "make representations against this PCN" but nothing came through in this time.0 -
I would ignore PCM till court claim stage, now. Appeal is futile, as Watchdog showed re PCM:
http://parking-prankster.blogspot.com/2015/05/is-it-pcm-uk-who-make-up-stuff-all-time.html
That is the low calibre of the people working there when Watchdog infiltrated their scummy World.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi All,
Time to bring this one back as PCM have decided on the court route and a Claim form has arrived.
I assume its best to send the Acknowledgement back first so there is more time to form the defense.
The defense will be based on;
5.1 period of parking not specified on Notice to keeper
15.1 No grace period applied to park and read signs.
14.1 Predatory tactics of rejecting the claim without applying the Grace periods properly and disguising the signs in the same colours as the nearby shops.
Schedule 1 signage not being clear and obvious.0 -
What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?
Did the Claim Form come from the County Court Business Centre in Northampton, or from somewhere else?0 -
Hello KeithP, yes its from Northampton and the issue date is the 22nd0
