In your MSE lifetime you have started eight threads - two within the last three months.
The process is the same on all boards.0 -
Yep and each time i have to relearn - however I'll take that up in a general Forum topic.
Not easy for computer iliterates like me - but thanks for your guidance0 -
Ah yes I see that, I’ll get that done! I was a bit unsure whether to put the landowner authority bit in there. They did send me a (heavily redacted) copy of the landowner contract. You can’t even tell who the landowner is though, so I guess I could say something about that.0

Hi all,
I’ve been reading all the developments on the BW Legal hearings regarding Abuse of Process with great interest. I must have missed all this when putting my defence in, but I’ll add it for my WS.
My WS is due to be filed by 4pm on 28th Nov. I’m in the process of complaining to the SRA right now. While I’m collating evidence and putting my statement together, I wondered whether it might be worth contacting BW Legal about this? I would have hoped (naively, perhaps) that given the very recent rulings against them in this area that they might reconsider pursuing the claim. Would it be worth writing to them to point out that they’ve already been told that they’re undermining previous rulings, the POFA, and CRA? I suppose appealing to logic only works if you’re talking to logical people though :rotfl:0 -
A poster - RonnieHML - started a new thread today because BWL are appealing against the OP's case being thrown out for AoP, so I don't think they will take any notice if you write to them.0

As 1505grandad says, there is simply no point in contacting BWLegal now. They are one of those firms who think they are above the law and the courts are stamping on their toes right now,
The penny has not yet dropped with BWLegal, doubt it ever will but in the meantime we assume they get off being spanked0 -

And here is one drafted by a person who is at LBC stage:

I suspect BW Legal will have put the application in for RonnieHML's case before the hearing took place on 11th November, and maybe there are others...perhaps they put several in, over the Summer.
They all need crushing; Courts can't hear the same things twice - that in itself appears to be an abuse of process because if BW Legal want this matter reviewed, picking new victims is not the way to go about it.
If they want it reviewed they should be putting in an appeal to 'Hizzoner' Iain Hughes QC, for permission to appeal the one involving CEC16.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks everyone, I suppose it can’t hurt to send something off. If I point out that I’m well aware of recent events and will be producing evidence and court reports, they might decide not to bother I suppose. Worth a shot!0
