Breach of Contract (Flogas)

Hey. Looking for some advice.
I live on a LPG metered estate with 7 houses. When I moved in I was offered a contract in 54p per litre for LPG on a contract or 56p on a non-contract basis.
The other day we all received a letter from Flogas increasing our prices by 20%. They are quoting the reason for this as an increase of wholesale price of propane. According to their contract legal terms if this is the reason for a price increase they must provide “evidence by reference to the relevant Platts LPG price index for North West Europe (taking into account any relevant exchange rate issues)”. This was not provided and I believe puts them in breach of their own contract terms.
Does anyone have any knowledge of the contract terms above?
