OK, take it with you next time (plus a wage slip) and push home the fact they LIED.
And, before the next hearing, file & serve a new COSTS SCHEDULE which includes your costs for attending twice (travel, parking and loss of salary/leave x 2 days) and the Special delivery tracking cost which is over a fiver in itself, plus approx printing & stationery costs and your time in researching & reading all of this at £19 per hour (at least ten hours).
File & serve that at least 48 hours before, headed up:
CLAIM NO XXXXXXXX - FOR THE SECOND HEARING AT XXam on XX.XX.2019.
DEFENDANT'S COSTS SCHEDULE, CALCULATED ON THE INDEMNITY BASIS.
Then at the hearing have a list of their UNREASONABLE CONDUCT including the lack of evidence and the fact they instructed their rep to LIE about the witness statement and force a waste of time adjournment which has given them the advantage of being allowed to add new signage photos which cannot be right, as their claim is meritless and your evidence was better and your account was true, and you DID file & serve your WS & evidence. Point out the claimant's dishonesty.
See here for how to fight for (higher!) COSTS ON THE INDEMNITY BASIS:
