  • if your sign looked like this, POPLA ruled that it was not compliant due to the parking charge not being as prominent as other text.
    So the POPLA number and assessor could be used in your appeal.

    Yes I read post 7 but my PCN does not have any small print or refer me to small print.

    It does say the charge is discounted to £40 if paid within 14 days.

    thanks for that, my problem is that it is too far to go back and check signage.

    It's one of life's mysteries as to how the come to the conclusion you owe more. We do see it with alarming regularity though.
