Wrote an 8 page appeal, based on inadequate signage, forbidding wording, NTK non-compliance with PoFA 2012, no proof of driver, no authority to form contracts with drivers and failure to adequately warn drivers what the ANPR data will be used for (and lack of time/date stamping). Got this information through searching through the threads, and following your guidance and advice! Thanks so much for the help
