Wileyfox Phone Repair

Hi all.
I need help!
I sent my phone to be repaired and they confirmed receipt way way back in August. Since then I have had to chase weekly for and update and the only information I get when they eventually come back to me is “ It should not be much longer at all, Your device should be with us sometime in the next week and we will repair it and get it back to you with in the quickest possible time.“. It’s been 3 months nearly. Surely that is not acceptable?!
So what can I do next? There’s no phone number. They are ignoring emails and twitter.

You don't say who "they" is but Santok Limited, the company that now owns the Wileyfox brand, is overdue submitting its accounts for last year to Companies House. Overdue submission of accounts is always a sign that a company is in good financial health...

So does that mean I will never get my phone back?
It was sent to wileyfox for repair. I have messaged both them and STK and I have heard nothing back.0
