    I'm sorry, where do I find Post 1 2:2?

Its exactly where you already clearly confirmed you knew where to find it.

If you still can't find it, then you really need to go back to square one and read the basic posting/board use guide that was presented to you during signup.

It will help you no-end and make it a whole lot easier for people to help you on here.
  • I'm sorry I didn't realise that this was the crystal maze.

I am trying really hard not to sound thick, but I will try to be clear about this.

    Post 1 2:2

Is this in the Parking Ticket thread?

If so, is it in post 12 subsection 2 or is it in post 1 subsection 2:2, or is it somewhere else entirely?

I have tried entering this post reference into the forum search box and it comes up with nothing at all.

Is simply reading too much to ask - it won't take very long to find it
  • I'm sorry, I'm trying very hard not to be rude, but your answers are both obtuse and unhelpful.

Please don't respond to this since I've been reading all over the Parking Ticket forum for 2 days and nowhere can I find any 1 2:2 post.

I think the most helpful response I've had was from beamerguy, so thank you to him.

This is what you should've read from the NEWBIES thread:
Q - ''I have read the NEWBIES thread but cannot find anything specific to my case...my case is different''.

    A -
NO IT ISN'T. YOU DO NOT NEED SPECIFICS. FORGET THE DETAIL, MOST CASES ARE ALL THE SAME.

Having read that, then as said above, you need to read post #4 of the NEWBIES thread which offers comprehensive guidance on how to deal with debt collector's letters.

I have also had problems navigating through the myriad of text advising how to appeal against these tickets
To those of you that have been dealing with this issue for a while I'm sure its very simple but to those of us new to it, it really isn't
I ended up paying the charge rather than be subjected to some of the unpleasant comments I have seen others had levelled at them on this site
  • Thank you to you Keith P for pointing me in the right non encoded direction.
