Hi,
So just looking for a little insight from anyone really.
We bought a house in June and the mortgage and electoral roll at the new address has only just shown up (so 3/4 months) on my credit report. However, hasn't shown up on my other half's just yet.
Just wondered if anybody could share their experiences/timelines.
THANKS!:D

Check with them that they are reporting in both names.
Are you both checking the same CRA(s)?0 -
Yup, we originally signed up so we could check everything was correct so no surprises when applying for the mortgage and thought I'd keep it up to the end of the year to check that all our accounts moved over to the new address etc.
We use Equifax and Experian. I was using Clearscore for the Equifax info but checked directly with Equifax when it hadn't shown up. I get Experian through the Credit Club.Bought First Home - June 2018 Starting £218,500 June 2020 £203,800.95 :T MFW 2020 #78 - Target £3000 - So far... £2182/£3000

The credit reporting infrastructure is quite slow on a general scale, to be honest. The fastest turnaround is one month, although some records can take quite a while to show. This is normally the third-party's slowness rather than the credit reference agencies, as they process received entries each month automatically.
Is there a particular reason for needing this to appear now? If there is not a specific need for it, then rest assured it will eventually appear. If it has already appeared on your credit file, then it should not be long for it to appear on his. If you have a financial association, lenders will be able to cross-reference both of your file(s) regardless.Advice provided from this account does not consist of any professional knowledge. No, no reason! I just like to keep on top of our files in case of any surprises. The only debt we have is the mortgage and not looking to get any credit anyway. Just wondered what other's experiences were when I saw it was on mine and not his is all. Many thanks for the repliesBought First Home - June 2018 Starting £218,500 June 2020 £203,800.95 :T MFW 2020 #78 - Target £3000 - So far... £2182/£3000
