EDF bill fraud suspicion

Leaving EDF. Was defrauded on one account but they refuse to help resolve (all the way up to CEO and Exec team). Now their Data Protection Officer refuses to provide account records for two other accounts we have as it would be "too costly" unless we pay for our own records.
I'm switching them to Bulb.co.uk
Encouraging everyone else to switch away from EDF! There are plenty of cheaper providers, just do it at end of your Tariff :-)
