Good morning,
I have to verify my business PayPal account to remove accounts limitation. My problem is that I don't have physical address of my company. I only use virtual address and I'm only trading online. So, how should I proceed?
Thanks in advance.

Why not use the registered office address you gave Companies House?0

I'd use the address you used to register the business - otherwise are you able to get it verified using your home address or something?0

Whether or not you are a ltd company, or an individual, if you provide any sort of service/business on the internet then, under 6(1)(b) of the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, you must also display a geographic address (not virtual).0

PayPal are not easy to deal with in this respect. If the address used to open the account does not match the documents, assuming this "virtual" address is another word for fake address, then they will not lift the limitation. They want proof of the address on the account and nothing less.
You can remove the current address, add your home address and then attempt to submit verification, but I can't guarantee they will accept that. If it is a run-from-home internet business, then the sensible approach is to use your home address. If you operate from a hired premises or dispatch from a warehouse, then use one of those operating addresses.
If this "virtual" address is not real or you do not have the right to legally use it or at-least provide proof of it, then PayPal will not be pleased.
You have a limited number of re-appeals before they upgrade you to a permanent limitation which cannot be lifted. Only submit the limitation appeal when you have accurate, valid and verifiable information on the account. Correct anything invalid or unverifiable and then go from there.Advice provided from this account does not consist of any professional knowledge. Seems like using virtual address is dodge dealings, Seems paypal is right to block your account. What's wrong with your home address or where the service or goods are provided from? That's the address that should be getting used, Not a virtual one.
Paypal will not budge on this. Once a limitation is placed with requirements then they want them fulfilled.0 -

Well, it cannot be for tax avoidance or VAT evasion because PayPal are legally obliged to pass information to HMRC, including the bank account being used to withdraw the cash.
This data, along with billions of other smatterings of information they collect from various sources, are used to build a picture of that sort of thing. If he is in "dodgy dealings" then he won't be dodging the tax man for too long.
PayPal will never remove a limitation until each box is ticked. Even when providing the requested information, if there is so much as a sniff of something not right, the account will be permanently limited and the bank account attached etc. cannot be removed.Advice provided from this account does not consist of any professional knowledge. Hello,
My "virtual address" is my company registered office at HMRC. I'm currently living outside the UK and also PayPal is asking for business address not personal address (they are asking business documents, not personal documents for proof). So, how should I proceed?0 -
