Debit of ancillary charges TSB

Hi,

I'm wondering if someone can help shed some light on this. I have an old TSB account which I haven't used since December 2017. I transferred all my funds from this account leaving just 34p in there and I do not have any active standing orders or direct debits on this account.

I have just logged into this account 10 months later to find myself -£30.97.

On the 1st Feb 18 I recieved a £10 charge "DEBIT OF ANCILLARY CHARGES" and the same charged for March & April.

The next charges were on August 2018 for "DEBIT INTEREST UNPLANNED O/D" totalling 0.44p and the same charges for September and October leaving me with an total outstanding balance of -£30.97. I've never recieved any notification from TSB informing me about this and have never had anything like this before with any of my other accounts.

Has anyone experience this before and if so, what steps do I need to take?

Thanks
