Manhole in tbe wrong place

Can anyone help me? Ive paid my deposit and im.waiting to move in in 7 weeks time but on looking at the detailed drainage drawings because i wanted to check why i have 2 moanholes in my front lawn ive discovered that the soil waste should have been in the drive and not the lawn!
Where do i stand on this matter? Im wanting it moving and yes i do know what work it will take to do this, but where do i stand? Am i in my rights?
Many thanks

You might find having two moanholes in your garden is an extremely valuable feature over the next two to three months. ;)

Drainage is part of ground works at the early stage of build, there is no way they are moving now. Either suck it up or pull out of completion.

Out of interest - why do you care so much? You viewed the property (I hope!). You viewed the garden too (I hope!). You must have noticed the moanholes in the lawn an must therefore have been happy to purchase with them there.
  • The drainage drawings that are submitted to the water authority so the authority can approve the layout tend to be indicative only....the builder will have to submit 'as builts' which will take into account any issues that the builders encountered when actually building the sewers/manholes.

What bothers you about them? Is it aesthetics, or some other reason?

If aesthetics.... square of artificial grass fitted down with a bit of velcro would improve it quickly.
