Dial up error 645 when accessing fast4.net

Opened a fast4.net unlimited dialup account. Trying to get on last night, encountered the following error after or during the verifying of my username and password.

Error 645
Dial-Up Networking could not complete the connection to the server.
Check your configuration and try the connection again.

Have re-checked username and password, and am able to get onto net with tesco a/c.
Something to do with TCP/IP settings?

Try this MS KB article.

Your TCP/IP installation should be OK if you can connect to Tesco.

Thanks. I had come across that article whilst searching, but the encrypted password box isn't checked

Ah, typical MS - those KB articles rarely help. :-/

Try this thread, which also references another KB article. Good luck - it looks complicated.
