 Help has anyone used The advisory Independent expert advice for house sellers ?
As they have told me about 2 house buying company’s that 1 have the money to buy
& 2 don’t mess you about at the last minute.
And don’t say 1 price then Drop on the last minute!
Don’t know if I can trust them or not
But they are very convincing!
Dose anyone know anything about them at all?
Please thank you .

I guess there's no harm in asking some estate agents what price they think they could achieve for a quick sale.
Then ask the house buying companies what they'll offer you.
(And decide how much you believe/trust the EAs/buying companies you talk to.)
The Advisory says:There’s enough equity in the property to allow you to accept a discounted offer price roughly 20% below fair market value.
i.e. The house buying companies pay you 80% of 'fair market value'
I'd interpret that as meaning: if in the current market conditions, an EA could sell your property for £100k within a week or two, we would buy it for £80k instead.
So I'm not sure why it would make sense to sell for £80k.0 -
The whole business model of the house-buying companies is that they'll resell your house only slightly less quickly to someone else, at enough of a margin to make a profit taking into account their expenses. So why not just find the ultimate buyer yourself?0
