Government help to buy and forces help to buy

Is it possible to use the government help to buy ISA along with the forces help to buy? Ive tried looking online and came across 2 different websites which said 2 different things.

"Other government-backed housing schemes can be used together with Forces Help to Buy except the Help to Buy Mortgage Guarantee."
HTB ISA is different to the HTB Mortgage Guarentee which closed to new loans in 2016.
Where are you seeing that a HTB ISA cannot be used?
