economy 7 is likely why you have x2 for electric?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

The old account was for both gas and electric, the new account is electric only.
Npower split a dual fuel account into 2 separate accounts, one for gas and a second account for electric.
Therefore, since you are in debt to Npower, there must be a debit on each section of the old account, one debt for gas and a second debt for the electric part of the old account.
The second electric account will be for your current electric only supply.
This is most likely why you have 3 accounts listed.0 -
Yes, you can switch your supply lawfully and legally, long as you don't have more than a £500.00 balance debt with your current supplier.
If you do, bring it down to £500.00 and you can switch without them stopping you.0
