after a quick phone call to retailer i didnt bother asking about the food (waste of time), they dont have any stock of my model until mid nov (yet its still be advertised on there website) so they have offered me a full refund or a replacement brand/model cant ask better than that,
off topic im thinking getting a hisense freezer with 2 years warranty anyone got any info on this brand, reading online there chinese owned but make stuff for all big brands0
