Can’t open Current account

I’ve tried to open a new current account with Marks. I completed the form but saw they wanted to know about monthly incone, expenditure and gross annual income. I’m not great at maths, especially as I have no salary but three disability benefits. I gave them an estimate but they didn’t accept the fact that I spend more(from savings) then I get. Basically my estmates are not accepted, so they gave turned me down. I’ve talked to them but it really matters that everything matches. I’ll have to lie.
It was never like this. Carer so no time for hours of accounting.

With no salary there is almost no chance that M&S will allow you to open an account. If you lie then you'll be guilty of fraud, not a good plan. I would suggest that you look at opening a basic account, read the MSE guide

M&S quite rightly turn you down if your outgoings are less than your income, as this is not sustainable.
But it sounds that you don't actually spend more than you have coming in, and you don't have to lie about it.
Your income can come from multiple sources, e.g.
A - carer's allowance
B - payment from the person(s) you care for
C - savings
Having said this, you'll probably do better with a basic account, if indeed any bank would allow you one instead of a standard current account. Have you checked whether you are eligible for a basic account?0 -

The OP hasn't said that she doesn't already have a bank account (basic or otherwise) - she has simply stated that she wanted to open a new current account with M&S.0 -
I'm guessing this relates to HSBC's particularly strict criteria seeing as M&S bank use HSBC.0

HSBC/M&S Bank/First Direct are unfortunately rather picky about who they offer accounts too so don't feel too discouraged. It's nothing against you personally, you just don't fit the profile of the type of customers they want.0

It sounds like the OP's problem is not having the numbers right, and showing outgoings greater than income.
I agree that lying on an application is an absolute no-no."In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
M&S, first direct, and hsbc all operated by the Hong Kong and Shish Banking Club - ... -all for snobs not normal people like Barclays, Lloyd’s, Santander etc.
It’s their loss.
Wait until Lidl bring out a bank account, everyone will flock to it0 -
