I haven't paid much attention to these small accounts but just noticed that after the first £25 DD in November they added the £25 bonus but didn't collect any further DDs.

Logging into our accounts it says we don't have a regular payment plan. I could ask customer services but can no longer be bothered with these hopeless people so just clicked the withdraw button while the accounts are still worth over £50.

I’d be interested in how your withdrawal plays out as I’m pretty much in the same boat but the t&c’s suggested that they might take the £25 bonus off you if you withdrew early.

Yes it's a risk but I am fed up with them so don't care anymore. So your regular direct debit stopped collecting too?

Despite being setup it never actually started so you’re one payment further forward than me!

I can confirm they just deposited our £51 closing account balances into our joint current account so it looks like they do not deduct the initial £25 bonus if you end the plan before 12 months.

I was given this offer today. Better than the £40 deal in the newsletter but spread over a year instead of 6 months.

Has anybody received the £25 second payment yet? Nothing for me yet.

My account has passed the 12 months now, but has another couple of weeks before the 30 further days is up.

I know it is only few pence, but Wealthify have also deducted a full month's management fees for October, even though my 12 months fee free offer expired late in the month. This was not what the offer and terms and conditions said. Watch out for this, I think I will have to make a complaint.
  • Still waiting. I'l give it another week before chasing up.
