They're trying to tell you that the tyres are losing pressure through the cracks? I highly doubt that. Where are the cracks? Sidewall or between the tread?

Pressure is dropping in them all and having to take it in every week for checking and inflating. Last Friday they were inflated to 36, today all tyres at 29/30. Our approved Michelin dealer has to contact Michelin direct to say they believe they are faulty which they are doing after today's visit. Cracks are all over, sidewalks, between the tread, bulges on the sidewalls. When he got it on the ramp and you could see them properly they are in shocking condition.

I used to work with a chap who was in the trade previously, he informed that a warranty claim to Michelin would almost always fall.

Yeah I've read similar stories. The garage think we have a good case, they've been a little perplexed as it's an electric car, the tyres on it are tyres designed for an EV and are double AA rated for efficiency. I told Michelin tyres lasting a year don't seem very efficient to me!
