Retail Landowner query - Brent Cross UKPC Windscreen Parking Charge

Hi,
I've read the NEWBIES and Stickies and will be completing an online appeal using UKPC's website at day 26, using the blue template and some additional information.
I would like to ask advice about whether to include any personal information on the suggested first point of recourse, i.e. the urgent complaint to the landowner, in this case it's Brent Cross (Shopping Centre) - in order to try to get the PC cancelled.
If included in this initial complaint, i.e. name / phone number etc - can this sort information be passed to UKPC and used against us in any future proceedings? I will use a new non identifiable email address, but just wondering what the experts on here would recommend regards the landowner complaint? Should I use my name in an email or only refer to information on the parking 'ticket', i.e. reg plate, parking charge number? Phone call / email?
With a sprawling retail centre like Brent Cross (owned by Hammerson and Standard Life on my research) it seems like the sensible approach would be to email the general info email address to centre management [EMAIL="info@bxsc.com"]info@bxsc.com[/EMAIL]
Any experience / advice most welcome.

Putting your personal details on a complaint (rather than 'hide' behind a throwaway gmail address and dodgy pseudonym) enhances its status in my view. UKPC is going to get your personal details from you in any case when you make your day 26 initial appeal, so what are your concerns?
In your written communication with the Landowner, make sure you don't identify the driver, but don't go 'all wooden' by saying 'the registered keeper' did this, 'the registered keeper did that', I'd be saying something like, 'Our family car was parked in your car park as we shopped at the following stores ....... We were disgusted to find a parking ticket on our vehicle ......'
Sometimes Landowners just copy the complaint over to the PPC 'deal with this!', so care is needed not to identify the driver in any written communication.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
