Euro car park fine

Hi Guys first time posting on here so sorry in advance if i have broken the rules :eek:
i went into my local petrol station to get fuel and i then moved my car to the side due to the road head being blocked. i was gone no longer then 20/mins and the other day i got a final notification letter from euro car parks demanding that i pay £100
what i don't get is (1) this is the only letter they sent me and nothing else was on my widescreen or sent to me so how can this be a final? (2) i was not a were there was a time limit how long you can be in an petrol station(3) they is no photo evidence of the time i spend there or who was driving
how do i appeal this? or should i just ignore it?
