Smart TV question

I have a Toshiba 43U6663DB. There are quite q few pre installed apps ( Netflix being one of them) but not Amazon Prime. I can’t find the TVs App Store to download it. Does anyone know how I do this?

Thanks. I already have an Echo and after the initial curiosity it is just sitting there. Weirdly though, it does go rogue on occasions and fire off answers to questions that haven’t been asked. Or answers the TV. Recently I’ve have a hacking cough which sent Alexa into a frenzie several times.
