very.co.uk do not accept Paypal. I have nothing further to add. and hope members feel the same.
How about adding an apology to the OP?
  • Let me say for the final time. VERY DOES NOT ACCEPT PAPAL. I have been onto my account for the 4th time.
  • Yeah, they definitely don’t accept PAPAL.

They might not accept PAPAL but they most certainly do accept Paypal as the screenshot I posted clearly shows.
If you or anyone else thinks this screenshot is a fake, simply go to the Very.co.uk website and make a test purchase and then go to the checkout page as a guest without setting up an account AND YOU WILL SEE PAYPAL OFFERED AS A PAYMENT OPTION. (See, I can shout as well as you)

Very accounts only accept credit or debit card payments.
Have you considered the possibility that Kenny_Bania doesn't have an account with Very? as non account purchases can me paid for with paypal.
  • I set up an account. I have a screen shot showing my account transaction history and my purchase paid for with PayPal. I’ll happily PM the image link to a member to post for me. I can’t post images as I’m new.
  • Hi. I have never come across something as gang handed as this. The lot of you want to be ashamed of yourself. The OP was saying paypal - he was told what I knew. The watch is excluded by their returns policy. This is clear as day. Then multiple people seem to say they do accept paypal. I can confirm for the 5th time they don't on mine. I have been bullied here and will never post my advice again.

    A few points for you.
    Posting facts is not bullying.
Why should people be ashamed of themselves for posting correct facts?, one of which is that Very do accept paypal.
They might not accept it from you but they do accept it from me and other posters.

Their return policy does not over ride your legal rights and they can't exclude Apple watches from the 24 day right of return granted by the Consumer Contracts regulations provided that the requirements of this legislation are followed by a consumer.

Your not posting "advice" again is probably for the best if you are not able to admit when you make a mistake.

OK thread, you got me! I had to check!

Log into account. Add something. Go to pay. Click next on the send it. Click pay in full. Oh, whats that? Paypal.

Why does everybody get in such a tizz?

Oh and yes OP, you cannot send it back in that condition. What you have done constitutes acceptance of purchase.

Well yes they can be forced to take it back. (if it is not allowed to be exempt)

They can also reduce the refund by 100%. I have no idea if that would be reasonable. Or if apple watches can be classified as exempt as some things can be.
