Apple Watch return : Very

Hi, I’m new to the forum
I bought an Apple Watch from Very less than 2 weeks ago. I have basically changed my mind and no longer want it. I called CS expecting a no hassle return as I was within 14 days. The abrupt lady asked if the Watch had been connected to my phone, to which I replied yes. She said in that case I could not return it. I’ve had a look at Consumer Contracts Regulations and can’t see how this product would be exempt. I’d like to get some assurance before I call back. Should I be able to return this ?
I paid by PayPal.
Thank you in advance for your time.

Because you have gone over and above what you are allowed to do to inspect an item in a shop.
The rules are there to give consumers the chance to inspect goods bought online as they cannot see them in advance.
You would not be able to go into Argos and connect the watches to your phone to try them out.
You should sell it on to recoup as much money as possible back0 -
very.co.uk do not accept Paypal. I have nothing further to add. and hope members feel the same.0

Marcam- thank you!
Stephenmac- not sure what you mean. I paid with PayPal.0 -
Neither Very nor Very Exclusive advertise Paypal as a payment method. That doesn't mean they don't take it though ... I didn't try any test purchases to see.0

Paypal do not offer a change return of mind or warranty on purchase.
IF the OP managed to pay by paypal it is not going to help..in fact it could hinder.0 -

They don't advertise it because they don't take it. The post is a fake. The watch is also excluded by their 14 day returns. WHY ARE YOU KEEPING SOMETHING GOING?
It is posts like this that mean people get poor advice. Because people get tired of all the crap.
